Design Consultations are an important step in the design process. Consultations typically take around 1.5- 2 hours, which allows enough time for walking through the space and talking about the project, sharing ideas, and discussing KHID's design services and our processes more thoroughly. The main objective of the consultation is for KHID to understand the project goals so that a scope of work can be developed.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive the Design Proposal, which summarizes the scope of work and the design fees required to complete those project goals.. Design consultations are non-refundable but can be re-scheduled given at least a 24 hour notice. Meeting for a consultation does not guarantee that KHID can meet your project timeline or design project goals. The Design Proposal does not include drawings such as sketches, floor plans, design boards, renderings, material samples, or product specifications. By booking a design consultation, the Client agrees to these terms.
